It's that time of year again.

To think about what has been and was has to be done.That time of year to seriously consider your plans for next year.

After all, if you don't plan major goals, chances are you'll achieve only minor goals. If you are lucky!

We are always interested in hearing what other people plan on doing for the year. For us, a large motivational factor is announcing our plans to others because then we are much more likely to follow through with them.
