Try this Quickcam Chat by Logitech. You can't find a better webcam for the price. I was a little skeptical at all I had read about this webcam. It seemed too good to be true. It was also one of the few I had found that was compatible with Windows Vista so I bought it. I was amazed at how easy it was to install. I just read the information that came with the software, downloaded it and there it was all set and ready to go. I was shocked that within just a matter of a few minutes it was up and running and I wasn't pulling my hair out. 
The picture and sound have great quality. It works great with the lighting in my office. No back glare and the pictures are sharp and easy to see. The sound is clear and with the headphones I can just sit back and enjoy my conversations with ease. I also like the clip. It hooks onto any type of monitor. I have a flat screen monitor and was afraid it wouldn't stay on. I have no problems with it staying attached and I can move it to any position I want with ease. This webcam is one of the best I have found. The fact that it's a Logitech brand makes it even better. I have had Logitech items before and I've always been pleased with their products. This is no exception. I can also make still shots and turn them into pictures to save and share. I like that idea, but some of the family and friends I chat with don't because now I can take pictures of them when they won't send me any. :) Of course, if the tables were turned they'd probably do the same to me too. Many of them may just go purchase one so they can do just that too. I do like this webcam and will suggest it to all my family and friends.
