Make Projects
Make ProjectsCut down some of your tasks in your to-do list and save up your time for something else. It is never a bad thing to decide to cut down your to-do list and erase some of your tasks. Actually it is the wisest thing to do as you will have more room to relevant tasks to do. Just make sure that the ones you erase are the ones that are a bit monotonous and becomes your daily routine. However, when I say you cut it down, it does not necessarily mean that you totally remove it from your system. What I mean by that is to find or assign a certain time or day to do those things. Like for example, every morning you need to go to the grocery or the market to buy some food. Why not cut it down and do it just once a week? Perhaps do it on a Monday and buy food for the rest of the week so as to keep you from going to the market everyday and spend those times doing another task instead? Think about it, if you spend two hours everyday in the market to buy food, you can actually save 10 hours of the entire week if you just do it once a week. And try to imagine what you can actually do with your 10 hours free time every week. With your 10 hours free time, you can now finish up another task or another project you have in your list. Isn't that great? You can actually save up your time and reach your goal in a lesser period of time. Make Projects

Try to think up some tasks that you have been doing same thing everyday and assign a certain period of time to do that in just one day or one time. One of the tasks that you can cut down is the managing of your finances. You can always cut down the paying of bills by doing it once a week and assign a day to do that. Assign a day to pay all the bills that you need to pay in one day. In this way, you would be more focused in your to-do list for the day and would save you more time to do other tasks too. The main thing about cutting down the tasks in your to-do list is to save you more time and let you accomplish more tasks. Get rid of all the monotonous tasks and do it in one day or in a certain period of time. By doing this, it can also help you stay focused on your work and let you be on the ground at all times. And if you do concentrate and stay focused, you can easily finish your tasks and have more room for other relevant tasks; thus, increasing your productivity and making you reach your goals.
