Avoid Friction. Time Management Tip 12.

Avoid Friction

Avoid friction

By friction I mean arguments with other people or work you hate, this will give you a lot of stress. You feel like you are driving your car and using the brake at the same time, this way you will not get anywhere. So talk it out immediately or hire someone to do the job for you if possible. You will not lose energy this way.

It is not a good thing once a particular job causes you to ague with other people around you like your partner, friends, co-workers, and relatives. It will surely give you a lot of pressure, which is not right. This condition might get even worse if not addressed properly. If you are on this situation then get out of it! You will never get anywhere if you stick to this. So make a WAY! Do not let any arguments to pull you down and hinder your way to success!

Most successful people I know prefer to avoid friction or arguments, as they know they can never gain any profit from it. It will only give them constant worry, which is not good at all. Once a certain condition is giving you a lot of stress, it means you should find ways to handle it and deal with it. You can either ask help from friends, relatives, co-workers, and experts, or ask someone to do the job for you.

In the course of time management, arguments are not being recommended, as it is major factors that hinder individual’s improvement and success. It is not a good practice once you waste time arguing with the people around you or with the work, you hate. It is like you are making arguments with your own self. Not a healthy move, is it? So instead avoid arguments and focus your attention with the things that will give, you profit.

Several Things you will achieve by Avoiding Friction or Argument:

• Focus – by avoiding friction or argument you can focus to your work as well as to the goals you have set to achieved. You will have enough concentration towards the task you need to get done as well as to every responsibility you undertake.

• Receive Good Impression – you will receive positive impressions from other people around you like your partner, co-workers, friends, boss, relatives, as well as your subordinates.

• Productivity – avoiding friction or arguments will make you a productive person in any chosen field you have. In the sequence of time management, making arguments with other people and with the work you hate can only cause delay or interruption which is a big waste of time. Spending five to ten minutes of argumentation is not a healthy approach at all. At this span of time, you could have possibly finished a couple of works if you do not make any arguments.

Avoid friction

Come to think about it...

• Success – since avoiding friction or arguments makes you a productive person, it will also bring you at the top of success! Most interesting and successful people I know always prefer to listen and think rather than argue. You can also be like them. As the saying goes, if others can, why can’t I?

• Less stress – as we all know arguments often causes stress, anxiety and a lot of negative results to every individual. Why get involved with things that will give you stress then? As they say, prevention is better than cure, so as much as possible, avoid friction or argument, live a healthy lifestyle, and be one of the most successful people in the universe.

• Build-up friendship – the majority of people who likes to involve them selves in argument often build up a wall in friendship. An argument stops you to listen and to think. Just like you, the people around you also wants to be heard, they want their opinion to be considered, so instead of arguing with them, try to listen to what they say. By doing it, you can eventually build-up friendship with them.

Remember, as you continue to journey the so-called life, along the way you need friends to support you as well as to listen to you... I hope you make it a habit to listen and to think instead or arguing. Apply this to your everyday living and experience success! Good luck to you!
