Loosing Weight Again :-(

Specific & Measurable & Timely:
One of my goals for 2010 is to loose a minimum of 10kilo's.

I plan to loose 1,5 kilo per month: So my deadline is July 1st.
Attainable:
My dietitian is going to help me loose 1/2 kilo weekly. Max 1 1/2 kilo per month.
She says it is attainable with some extra exercise and healthy eating.

Realistic: I firmly believe it is realistic. I am motivated and it doesn't look that difficult. I have done it before. I can do it again.


This time it's for real. My health is at stake.

It this moment I weigh 113 kilo's. It has to be 103 on July 1.
